The old country house where this property is located has very long-standing roots. It has preserved its beauty and its original shape, here time seems to have stopped and the contact with nature is authentic. This complex was probably built between 1890 and 1902. A part of the property has been restored between 1980 and 1982, while another part in 1990. The property is composed of two units, currently connected and used as a unique house, but that can be divided into two separate apartments due to the presence of two separate entrances; in total, the surface area is about 170 sq.m. and is developed on three stories. The property includes a garage, a boiler room, and a spacious paved room used as a pantry. Set a few meters from the house there is a 1000 sq.m. fenced garden. Before the main entrance, we see a small room of 4 sq.m. with an old oven made in brick. After the entrance, on the first floor, we find the kitchen with a fireplace.
