The master country house develops on two levels in this way composed: on the ground floor there is a large living room with an ancient open fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and an additional room currently used as a laundry room. An internal and external staircase reaches the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. All the rooms on the ground floor are accessible from the outside through big French doors. All the windows have mosquito nets. The smaller agriturismo, close to the first country house is, instead, composed of a large kitchen with an open fireplace in perfect Tuscan style, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms with Jacuzzi and shower/sauna. In this apartment, there is also a laundry room. The whole complex has a direct breathtaking view on Pienza and on the beautiful landscape of Val d’Orcia (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). A few kilometers away there is the third country house, which is the largest agriturismo, divided into two levels. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with a large and useful kitchen with living room and open fireplace and two bedrooms with private bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi and shower/sauna. An external staircase with loggia allows reaching the first floor where is possible to admire a wonderful view of the surrounding valley. The apartment is composed of a kitchen with an open fireplace and two bathrooms with private bathrooms with Jacuzzi and shower/sauna. Outside there is a beautiful panoramic pool. The farm includes 115 hectares of land, divided into 85 hectares of arable land and wood, and it is specialized in sheep breeding. The milk is transported to Acciaiolo, a small village in Pisa to produce the real and inimitable Pecorino of Pienza. The farm also has a block of agricultural storage sheds for a coverage of about 1500 square meters and a well.
